By visiting eunoiaa.com (the “Site”) and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, and notices referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

Contract Formation: Orders are accepted only upon shipment.
Pricing Errors: Orders may be canceled due to errors.
Title & Risk of Loss: Pass to the customer upon carrier shipment.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

Fraud & Chargebacks: Orders may be refused or limited at our discretion.
SECTION 21 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

SECTION 26 — MANUFACTURING, MATERIALS & MADE-TO-ORDER TERMS
RTW & MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURING
At eunoia, we are committed to thoughtful design and responsible production practices, prioritizing sustainable materials and low-impact processes wherever possible.
Due to the natural characteristics of fine textiles such as wool and silk, variations in weave, grain, texture, and color may occur. These natural nuances are inherent to the materials and artisanal craftsmanship and do not constitute defects. Subtle changes in color or finish may develop over time.
To preserve the integrity of your garments, avoid contact with chemicals including chlorine, oils, grease, and perfume. Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their purchase.
SWIMWEAR MANUFACTURING
To maintain the quality and longevity of eunoia swimwear, we recommend gentle hand washing with a mild cleanser and laying flat or hanging to dry out of direct sunlight.
Our signature pearlescent porcelain beads are individually handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of this process, slight variations or imperfections may be present and are a natural part of the design. Exposure to chemicals, salt, chlorine, or prolonged sunlight may result in wear or discoloration and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER TERMS
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items are produced specifically for each customer.
All Pre-Order and Made-to-Order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Estimated production timelines (generally 2–4 weeks) are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within estimated timeframes, production may be subject to delays due to material availability, artisan processes, customs clearance, or shipping constraints beyond our control.
By placing a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that variations inherent to handcrafted and made-to-order garments do not constitute defects.
