Shipping costs vary, depending on location. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-5 business days, providing the estimated arrival time. Tracking numbers will be included in all shipping confirmation emails. Domestically shipped packages are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International shipping time varies based on location. If an item is out of stock, our site will reflect that and so will an email. Our items may remain on pre-order as we are a slow fashion brand, and we may need time to restock our products.

We only offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. If you have changed your mind about the item, you may receive store credit for your item. 

When exchanging an item, it has to be unused, unworn, in original condition, with the sanitary tag in place. If these conditions are not met, then we cannot offer you an exchange for store credit. 

We only offer exchanges for store credit. We do not offer store credit or exchanges for items that have been damaged or worn by customers. 

We do not accept returns for swimwear or clothing, but we can offer exchanges. We also do not accept exchanges for products bought on sale or with a discount.
