International shipping time varies based on location. If an item is out of stock, our site will reflect that and so will an email. Our items may remain on pre-order as we are a slow fashion brand, and we may need time to restock our products.
You can return a clothing item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

If the item arrived damaged, you must return the damaged item, with the tags, and the sanitary tag in place. If these conditions are not met, then we cannot offer you a return.

When exchanging an item, it has to be unused, unworn, in original condition, with the sanitary tag in place. If these conditions are not met, then we cannot offer you an exchange for store credit.
