Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated December 2025

eunoia is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and transparently. We are dedicated to preventing modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, and other forms of labor exploitation across our operations and supply chain.

Our Business

eunoia is a New York–based luxury sustainable fashion house creating timeless pieces using recycled and next-generation materials. Guided by our belief that luxury should leave the world better, we take a human-centered approach to design, production, and partnership.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain consists of a small, carefully selected network of fabric mills, trim suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners, primarily located in the United States and Europe. We intentionally operate with limited production runs to maintain oversight, traceability, and accountability.

Ethical Standards and Expectations

We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to:

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws

Prohibit forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking

Provide safe, respectful, and lawful working conditions

Compensate workers in accordance with wage and hour regulations

Where possible, we prioritize partners who demonstrate ethical manufacturing practices and responsible sourcing standards.

Due Diligence and Oversight

Given the size and scope of our business, eunoia takes a proportionate, risk-based approach to supply chain oversight, which includes:

Vetting suppliers prior to engagement

Maintaining ongoing communication regarding ethical expectations

Favoring domestic and small-batch production to enhance transparency

Accountability and Continuous Improvement

While eunoia does not currently conduct formal third-party audits of all suppliers, we maintain close working relationships with our partners and will take appropriate action if any violations of our standards are identified.

We are committed to continuously improving our policies and practices as we grow, recognizing that responsible supply chain management is an evolving process.

Legal Compliance

This statement reflects eunoia’s commitment to ethical labor practices in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and New York State laws, including labor, wage, and human trafficking regulations.
